Sales Properties (Under Offer or Due to Settle)
We do have sales transactions still going ahead & we are working closely with the acting solicitors to keep all parties up to date with moving dates etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have concerns regarding your transaction. Myself & Robyn are here to help as much as we can.
Tenanted Properties
For our tenants who have fallen into financial difficulties please ensure you apply for universal credit or housing benefit if you are struggling to pay your rent. You are not alone, we are here to support you & assist as much as we can to ensure a plan is in place to support paying back any arrears that may have occurred due to COVID 19.
Landlords
If your tenant has fallen into arrears due to COVID 19, we would advise contacting your mortgage company ASAP to request a payment break where possible to off load any financial predicament this may leave you in. Repairs
Only urgent repairs are being carried out by designated contractors for tenanted & untenanted properties. i.e. No Heating, No Hot Water, Burst Pipes, Gas Leak, No Electricity. Please only contact Glow if you have any Urgent Repairs that have occurred & we will get arranged ASAP.
Viewings
If your looking to view any of our properties for Sale or Rent, you can still call/email us, we can provisionally book you into view & provide as much information as possible via phone or email.
Valuations
If your looking to get your property valued for sale or rent, I will be able to provide you with a current valuation via phone/skype, we can also email over a Best Price Guide & Sales information booklet.
